Christmas Time

A photo journal of memories: Rowan's First Christmas!

Uncle Alex drove his truck to come with us and help haul our tree home.

We love having Aunt Amanda home!

Fun Ballerina socks in all colors, great for teething apparently.

The only picture we got of the three of us, not stellar but it will have to do

Reading her Baby Jesus Christmas Eve book with Daddy

  With her stocking Christmas Morning!

These pictures crack me up. It was so fun having all the cousins together Christmas morning. It felt so classic with kids running around, toys and wrapping paper everywhere, squeals and laughing....totally awesome.

One of the fun things from Matt and I both coming from a family of four is that there are always so many presents Christmas morning. Both grandparents' homes were packed with gifts and stockings. Even if they are not all for you, as a kid this was always such a fun sight. It's neat now that Ro has that same experience with a big family. There is also a ton of really yummy food that she will come to appreciate as she gets bigger :)

And then the sickness took over. Here is the only way she would nap for the next 12 days.

Well if this isn't a better way to say Merry Christmas, I don't know what is. Memorable for sure!
